My journey in leadership has been a vibrant adventure in fast-paced, complex, International landscapes. I specialize in shaping HR functions, developing leadership, championing talent, fostering inclusion, and steering transformative change.
Before diving into my own practice, I spent over 17 years working with all aspects of HR, with 12 years as the Head of HR for North America at a global, professional services consulting firm. Collaborating closely with leaders across the US, Canada, and Europe, I navigated people challenges in rapidly expanding businesses.
My HR background covers every angle, offering clients unparalleled value drawn from my wealth of senior leadership experience, HR business partnership, and trusted advisory roles.
As a coach, I swiftly establish trust, dig into core issues, and craft tailored solutions that spark positive change.As an ICF-accredited leadership and team coach armed with a Commerce degree, I hold PROSCI and professional HR designations in both Canada and the US, alongside a DEI certification from Cornell and an Organizational Coaching Certificate from the University of British Columbia. Additionally, I am also a certified Leadership Circle Profile™ practitioner.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I am an active participant in Arabian horse circuit as equestrian competitor, drawing insightful parallels that inform my self-awareness, teamwork, and leadership dynamics, both in and out of the saddle.
