A Message From the Founder

I founded Thriveworks after nearly 20 years leading inside complex, fast-growing organizations, many of them technical and under constant pressure to deliver.

Partnering with executives across Canada and the US, I saw how leadership decisions, team dynamics, and organizational context directly shape performance.

I created Thriveworks to be the kind of partner I valued when I was inside the work. I bring real operating experience together with coaching and strategic facilitation to help leaders navigate complexity, align their teams, and turn direction into clear, executable action.
