My leadership journey has been a dynamic adventure, encompassing people, leadership and culture challenges within complex, technical, fast-growing, often male-dominated companies. I’ve honed my HR expertise partnering with leaders across Canada, US and Europe to navigate the “people side” of their businesses – a journey that wasn’t always smooth sailing!
After nearly two decades in corporate HR, driven by a thirst for adventure, greater freedom and new avenues for growth, I founded Thriveworks. This specialty practice merges the curiosity and supportive approach of coaching with the proven expertise and strategic foresight I’ve honed over decades of optimizing people and culture within businesses. Thriveworks is intentionally called a “practice” to underscore the ongoing journey of development, both for ourselves and our clients.
This venture has become my uncharted territory, granting me the freedom to explore innovative ideas and strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. It’s given me the autonomy to design my work and life in a way that continually challenges and inspires me to evolve as a coach, consultant, and human being.
My passion lies in fostering clarity amid chaos, nurturing leadership, and connecting human potential with business results. I draw from my extensive personal and executive experiences – both triumphs and vulnerabilities – to forge authentic connections with my clients. I’m immensely grateful for their trust, which continues to allow me to be a part of their transformative journeys.
