Before I supported leaders, I was one. For almost 20 years I led inside growing organizations and understand what it takes to move people and priorities forward.

Today, I work with executives and leadership teams to strengthen how they lead, align around what matters most, and turn strategy into coordinated action.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Thriveworks is based in Vancouver, and most of our work is delivered virtually. We able to support across Canada and beyond.

We have experience working with leaders and teams based in the United States and are open to U.S.- based engagements, particularly where virtual delivery is a strong fit. In-person work is available when it supports the engagement.

Often the answer becomes clear through an initial conversation. Coaching is typically focused on individual leaders and leadership teams, while organizational development looks more broadly at direction, alignment, and ways of working across the organization. In practice, the work is often connected—and we help you determine what will be most useful right now.

We work with a variety of clients, often with technical, scientific, and complex organizations such as engineering, construction, infrastructure, utilities, and professional services, where decision-making, collaboration, and trust directly affect results. That said, the work is relevant to any organization navigating growth, transition, or increasing complexity.

An initial conversation is exploratory and low-pressure. We’ll talk about what’s happening in your organization, what feels most challenging or uncertain, and what you’re hoping to achieve. From there, we’ll help you think through possible paths forward—even if that means confirming that now isn’t the right time or that a different type of support is needed.
